The whole family really enjoys the tub. It's great to unwind after a long day at work. The cost to run the spa even through the winter was not nearly what we had expected.

My wife and I bought the tub last fall and could not be happier. If I had a dime for each time we have commented on what a great purchase this has been, it would almost be free at this point.
Good family area with no electronics time!

I can't begin to express what a wonderful addition the Salina has been to our home and family experience. It's an incredible and beautiful tub! We spend almost everyday - if not multiple times a day in it, relaxing, unplugging and connecting - rather than our COVID habit of watching TV, zoning out etc. We love it!

Our Caldera hot tub has exceeded our expectations in all areas. The design offers comfort and ease of movement in all seating locations. The control panel is so intuitive we haven’t needed to look at operating instructions at all. Lastly, the custom brand cover. Like the tub itself, is the sturdiest, best quality we’ve ever owned (we’ve had other tubs for over 30 years) and is very easy to raise and lower. The bottom line is that Caldera makes an exceptional quality hot tub!

We've had our Salina spa for almost a year. We started out with it being a regular spa and just about 2 months ago converted it to a salt spa (personal preference). We do use it almost every night, if not fully every other night. We love it. The size is perfect for 4 people -- not touching each other -- or more if you don't mind getting cozier. The waterfall is amazing on your neck, the foot jets are great, the calve jets are perfect...I don't know what else. We just love it and wish we would have treated ourselves to a home hot tub YEARS ago! Now that we converted it to salt, our skin feels amazing. Do it...treat yourself!

Second Caldera

We bought our second Caldera this year when we moved and are re-creating the backyard oasis that made our old backyard so special. The new tub has the salt water system, eliminating chemicals and reducing maintenance. Caldera proved their reliability (over 15 years on the old model!)and keeps improving the technology as well as the end user experience. Worth every penny! And we use it every day weather permitting.
A shout out to Healthmate who sold us our new Salinas - great service!

Bought the Caldera Salina, paid $13K. It’s a nice spa; works well (1 month in); soothing, nice lights, decent seats, good jets. My first spa, so not able to compare the capabilities and the price, but in absolute terms:
(1) there are only two “jets” which would be better named “areas”, and while one area can be set to low or high, for some unknown reason the other area can only either be high or off, (2) the filter cover looks like a step or at the very least a seat, but its not (if you step or sit on it, the cover will break and you’ll have to replace it - just seems poorly designed), and (3) this is minor, but it seems like the controls should face in towards the spa (they face out) as 99% of the time, you’re inside the spa and you want to change the temp, change the lights, or change the jets. Don’t get me wrong, so far its a lot of fun and it works great. Comfortable and soothing, and a good way to relax. Just some things that could be better, and for that amount of money, you’d think you’d get.

After replacing a different brand 12 y.o. tub ; we could not be happier with the Salina. So much room and features for a little more cost. We are thankful others were not available. We will always consider upgrades and features in the future. Our comfort and relaxation are worth it!

We bought a Caldera Saltwater system and love it ❤️ It helps us with our daily aches, pains and relaxing frame of mind. We had friends over for some relaxation and guessing they relaxed enough to go buy their own spa from Bob’s Intown Spa.

Buttons and knobs are confusing

Have had since October 2020 and still not sure what some of the knobs do. We have one seat that the jets don't work. The salt water system has been a challenge every time we have to put water in it. You constantly have to put chlorine in it if you use it more than once a week. The salt replacements are pretty expensive too. Probably would have had a better experience if the sales rep was better.

I purchased the Caldera Salina during the pandemic when it became evident we would not be vacationing for some time. Minus the palm trees stepping into the hot tub IS a vacation! Maintenance is super easy! Jets, waterfall, lights and surround sound are AMAZING! We love it!!

We received our hot tub the day COVID shut our State down! This was the best purchase we have ever made! We have spent many hours as a family relaxing and enjoying our time outside in our hot tub. It’s great in the snowy winter and beautiful summer evenings too! It’s easy to maintain and a wonderful way to connect!

We wanted to go with a salt-water tub after our previous ones always left our clothes smelling like chlorine or deteriorating swim suits. What an excellent choice the Salina was! It is not only confortable but fairly easy to maintain. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a salt-water tub.
