We love our hottub

It is the best purchase of our lives. The only downside is the maintenance particularly through the winter months. But we use it year round. It's great for my lower back pain and for unwinding after a stressful day at work.

Due to a number of injuries, I use my Caldera hot tub
frequently. I have had other hot tubs, but have not found one that had the same efficiency that the Caldera hot tub has. It is easy to use operate in the filtration systems could not be easier to maintain.

We have had our Marino for 1.5 years and still using it multiple times a week. It provides a great break in the day to relax and refocus. It has been very reliable with no mechanical or cosmetic issues. The water stays clean even if we get lazy and slip past the 3-month refill timeframe. The jets work well, it never foams on us and we each have our favorite seat. Our only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a place to put drinks, a speaker, etc. Otherwise, we've been thoroughly happy.

From the best I can tell a dollar a day in electric and up to a dollar a day in chemicals has brought me major back pain relief. After breaking my back years ago I have been to chiropractors' and taken way to much medicine all costing more per day than a simple hot tub that gives me as much or more pain relief.

I started inquiring about Caldera Spas three years prior to purchasing. I made the purchase 12/2019, and I couldn’t have made a better decision.
I entered the place of business just to inquire about pricing, from start to finish and even today the rep by the name of Tiffany was so helpful. She reached out to me to inform me of time of arrival and even when I’m low on water treatment, I just call the store and they charge my card on file and send out the product in the mail. Amazing customer service.
After long days of work on the front line working inn healthcare, my Marino model is the perfect luxury to come home to. It melts all the stress away. I have back and neck issues, but the spa really helps alleviate the pain and soreness. This is truly an investment for not only myself but it benefits the whole family.

Draining and refilling doesn’t take long at all.

Cons:
Spa cover that came with the spa collects rain on the top, which caused the inner material of the cover to break up. The water from the top is absorbed into the covering which is extremely heavy.

Ok tub, horrible water treatment system

Tub is good, however did have a problem with discharge lines not properly elevated. This caused water to initially leak in cabinet. Had to pull insulation out of side to secure lines higher than water level to correct. Not an easy job for technician and I to do since insulation is loosely put in.Now to the spa frog inline at ease system incorporated into the spa. To keep it short absolute garbage. Doesn't work period. They have tried to reinvent the wheel and failed miserably. Enough said. I just treat tub as normal with dichlor.

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear the Frog @ease system didn't meet expectations. It is good you've gotten onto a water care plan that works for you, and I would love more info on the issue you experience with the Frog system. Look out for an email from me to learn more!

I mainly purchased this product because they are a local Southern California company and I bought it from a small business in Southern California as well, supporting the locals. That being said, this tub is well made, easy to maintain, and a solid addition to my home.

I cannot put into words how much I love my Caldera Spa! It makes my my day to day easier as someone with arthritis. It is so easy to regulate the water and the ease of the cover is a huge plus for me. This is not my first spa, but it is my best!

Upgraded old hot tub when I rebuilt decks. Could not be happier with new hot tub. Very comfortable, quiet and efficient. Highly recommend this brand and model. The only two things I've not been able to vet are; (1) LED lights are very cool and work great. It looks like there is a strip LED under the waterfall feature. Never has worked. Is it supposed to? (2) Speakers. This model did not come with the bluetooth speaker feature offered with other models but there are speakers. Can I upgrade to make them work? All in all - GREAT hot tub and I have no regrets.

We were sitting on the fence about our purchase UNTIL we got in it for the first time. Initially we thought it might be to big for just the two of us, but it is amazing. There are so many different places to sit and the jets work wonders on sore and tired body parts. We love it!
