I always wanted a hot tub and recently retired I started researching them. I came across Caldera Spas. I read the great reviews and located a dealer near me and went there just to look and ended up buying the Marino. Great choice!! No regrets!! The Marino spa was a perfect choice with the 35 hydro massage jets. The quality and customer service from Caldera and my dealer has been outstanding. Being a first time spa owner I have contacted both Caldera customer service and dealer with questions and have immediate response from both. I have found and come to realize that I just didn’t buy a hot tub I also purchased the great quality and customer service that Caldera offers and stands by. Can’t go wrong with Caldera.

We've had our Marino tub for about 5 months now and absolutely love it. Easy to maintain with the SpaFrog system, good seating and jet placement for whatever area needs attention. Our local sales team is also excellent and gives great service and advice whenever we need it. Highly recomend!

WAIT WAS WORTH IT!!

We had to wait 6 months to get our hot tub because of the pandemic, but when we got it, filled it up in the middle of winter in Iowa (-10 degrees outside) it was worth the wait. The hot tub was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the winter. We are now looking forward to Spring, Summer and Fall as well.

We always wanted a hot tub. I retired this year and this was my retirement gift. We researched many tubs and chose the Caldera Marino. Our research and purchase was based on finding a great manufacturer based on quality and service. We are very happy we went with Caldera.

We got our hot tub a month ago and it’s awesome. We use it several times a week and find it easy to use and very helpful putting an end to a workday. Precision Pools is great to work with and really knowledgeable about their products.

Even with temperatures in the 20s and 30s, my wife and I have enjoyed the spa!! It is well built and we hope to use it for years to come.

Have had tub for 2 months. Have had techs out 3 times to aide in a getting water right. Have Ozone option that was to supposed to make water management easier. Dealer has been helpful and responsive. Just frustrating getting to some degree of carefree use.

The hot tub itself is very comforting and relaxing, especially after a long day. The upkeep and care of the hot tub is pretty easy, excluding emptying and refilling the water which has been time-consuming and burdensome. Would definitely recommend the hot tub to anyone with arthritis as it is very soothing in that area. The hot tub is a little expensive, but in the end is worth it for what you get.

I received my hot tub in November and I love it. I am enjoy using it in different types of weather - so far spring has been my favorite! It is easy to clean and maintain. I am surprised the dealership has not followed up with me to see if i have any questions.
