My Caldera spa is so very comfortable and easy to maintain. I would recommend it! I opted for chemical-free water treatments and my spa is AWESOME!

The heater is to small. Runs all the time when it is cold out. I don't think it is very efficient. It doesn't make sense to put a small heater in for a high efficiency rating, if it has to run all the time when you sit in it in cool weather. Other than the heater it is a nice spa.

I have had this spa for about a month now and could not be happier. I had some initial concerns about having six people in it but find it to be comfortable even at max capacity. The Spa Frog in line bromine/mineral system couldn't be easier to manage.

From the sale person at Sabine Pools and Spa, to the installation, maintenance, and operation, it has been delightful. We use it almost every night. It has helped with my joints and to sleep soundly.As far as mainetnace it almost takes care of its self, we change the cartridges, test it daily and only have to add chemicals occassionaly. We LOVE it. We had the Prolift IV added and it works well, so easy to open and close.

Very awkward getting in and out over the control panel, not a flat surface for footing. Seats are comfortable but lack laterial support when in third & forth jet stage.
We are back to using our old chemical method ie: floater, shock, perfect PH keep the water perfect clear and shock after every use. The SPA frog water had a constant haze and odor after a few weeks.
We change water every quarter now useing our old method

We purchased our from Job-Rite in Akron, OH......great people...so honest!
We had a budget to work with...and the Marino was perfect....Hot Springs quality! Stay away from the the big box stores....don't it sold on jets and doodads....quality a will always win in the long-run...firm believer it you get what you pay for.
You will be happy with this unit...as we are...enjoy!

Just What We Needed

I was getting ready to have back surgery this year, and my husband and I are very active. Before, and by 3 weeks after surgery, I have been in the spa almost every day. Some days I go in morning and evening, especially after a long hike or bike ride. We spend more time together, and have made our back yard a piece of paradise. As first time spa owners, we were afraid that the maintenance would be challenging. Actually, it's a piece of cake. We love everything about our spa. We appreciated the staff at Caldera allowing us to "product test" the spa in the salesroom, opening it up after hours to have privacy and time to make a good decision. Thanks Caldera!
