I like the spa but I've already had to have it repaired twice. That said, they covered it under the warranty and fixed it quickly.

Didn't think I would injoy one so much. Wish the water drain was plumbed outside ,threw a door that would not freeze.
The door panels need to be hinged. The electrical panel needs to be higher and more accessable. I am 55 yrs old and I hate being on my knees to work on things. It's a lot of fun.Thanks Brad.

Overall satisfied with hot tub. It is very good for joint and muscle problems. Also wonderful after a long stressful work day. On the negative, our electric bill has more then doubled. We had been made aware that our bill would increase but we did not expect such an increase. As first time hot tub owners, incorrect set up might have cause the hot tub to run longer then recommended and we have had trouble with the hot tub running all through the night. The water care is not the simplest either.

I love my spa~~had another type for 13 years~~but this Caldera spa is much more user friendly~~i use it every day~~first thing in the morning ~~just lay back and let the jets work their magic~~and in the evening back in again~~and relax~~so far we have had no problems~~easy to maintain~~and seems to be very easy on the electric bill~~~would recomened this to anyone~~my daughter and son in law purchased one after useing ours~~

Really like the look and features of the hot tub. Having trouble keeping it running. Seems to overheat after it has ran for awhile. Have owned for 6 months, problem still not fixed yet.

We are really loving our Caldera Spa! I actually prefer the lounger while my husband prefers the corner seat. I like the ease of the bromine cartridge system. If you are deciding on a hot tub with a waterfall, I really see no reason to have it on your spa. That being said, I don't believe you are charged extra for it, but if you are, then I'd opt out of it!

We are very happy with our Caldera Spa. It took us lots of research and comparing to make our final decision to purchase a Caldera and we haven't been disappointed at all. We use our spa at least 3-4 times per week, sometimes with guests and sometimes not. There is always plenty of room and all the seats are very comfortable. The controls are very easy to use and the variation in the jet strength is a huge plus for us. I would definately recommend this spa.

The spa worked great for 2 months then the spa kept shuting off. Since the company I purchased it from went out of business, I had to deal with Watkins directly. They worked with me, however I kept getting the wrong part sent. Spa works but hasn't heated up for 2 months. I do not fault the spa and the quality. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Both my wife and I love our hot tub it has given us many hours od relaxation. My wife has a bad back and the heat and jets really help to relieve the pain. We ( My wife and 8 year old son and I ) spend time in it year round.

We use our Spa every day. It is great for my husband and I to use the spa every night. It is the perfect time to relax and talk about our day. Sitting out there surrounded by trees, and lanterns in the trees are just the right touch. If it had been a stressful or busy day, it all disappears watching the stars.

Our Marino spa has out performed our expectations. Everything works as advertised and up keep cost is minimal. We couldn't be happier with the product and the features. My only recommendation would be adding the colored lighting to the waterfall.

Only problem we've had is that the water sometimes becomes cloudy, and drain-and-refill is the only way I've found to get it back to crystal clear. This does take a few months, though, and it was probably time to change the water anyway.

It works ... well. It's relatively easy to maintain. The 220V power draw is neglible on my electric bill. The family enjoys it. I'd buy another one.
