Great unit with several minor issues - but everything has that now days.

Love the tub. Grandkids love the water fall. Easy to maintain. I put one 1" tablet in every other day and levels stay good. I do a shock every once in a while just to do it. Would like to see the buttons for temp control on the other side of digital display and away from the jets and light buttons, wife keeps hitting the temp control while trying to turn lights on and off, etc. and when I go to get in later it is at 98.
Mine keeps shutting off and like rebooting at least once a week when I am using it, not sure how often it does it when we are not there to see it. Only does it when I have temp set to 102 or higher and when we start using the jets, etc. I think the high heat sensors is set to close to the actual temp and guessing when we increase water flow the hotter water circulates right away and trips it. 10 secs later it comes back on - no user input needed.
Gave a 4 star for the button issue and the high trip issue, otherwise we love it.

I am very happy with my spa. Good value for the price. My only complaint is that the cartridge system soes not seem to keep the water as clean as I would like

I am a first time spa owner so I had a lot of concerns about owning a spa. Would the water be hard to keep clean? Will there be a lot of repairs? How much will my electric bill increase?
I have had the spa for a year now and all my worries were needless. Water quality is easy and cheap to maintain.My electricity bill has increased but is barely noticeable. I have had no repairs issues as the build quality is exceptional.
There were less expensive spa brands available but I just didn't want to have problems. Glad I got my caldera!

This hot tube has been a great family conversation piece. Our grandchildren have learned to do bobs, float and gain confidence in the water. We set the temperature to 96F just below body temperature. They have all enjoyed the hot tube since 9 months of age.

We use ours throughout the Phoenix cool season, and are really happy with its performance - took a little while to figure out water care, but once you've got it, it's not too difficult. It's wonderful for soothing stiff muscles and joints after working out. The only thing I didn't expect was having to purchase an inexpensive submersible pump to drain the spa, since I found the 'gravity' method to be inefficient.

We love our Marino spa. We have owned it for almost 2 years now and have no problems with the function of the spa. Our only issues have been cosmetic. The exterior panels or fairly thin and flimsy and have a difficult time supporting our cover lift. The panel has broken once but it was still within our warranty period and was replaced. Unfortunately, the replaced panel had a crack down the middle, so once again it is being replaced. Otherwise no problems with the plumping or electrical so we are still enjoying it.

Bought the Marino a month ago to replace a tub I had enjoyed for close to nine years. The improvements in design and technology are very evident. The variety of therapies available in the different seats is great to hit all the right places.

New Tub today, already 4 jet rings have come off

I can't comment on the comfort, quality, etc. of this spa yet since I haven't even gotten in it. We had it delivered 6 hours ago. While its been heating we've been going through the manual and experimenting with jets on/off. Four small jet rings and their innards have already come off. We've splurged on what we expect to be a high quality tub and now are really concerned about quality control. Is this normal? Contacting our local dealer now.

Installed our brand new Marino October 2013, only to have the heater malfunction and quit working. At least we were able to enjoy the spa for 3 months. Very disapointing. Other friends have a Caldera spa in which the same heater problem happened. Now we are all without a spa. Again, very disapointing.

We enjoy our spa and highly recommend this product. The sales man was helpful and was more interested in meeting our needs than selling us the most expensive spa. It was a good choice and we are glad we bought Caldera. We research spas and the sales man (Jerry) helped us even more. No problems with the installation and care.
