We have owned our Caldera spa for 4 years now and have had zero issues.. it is as comfortable and relaxing as the first day we bought it.

Four years, and still enjoy it several times a week

Have used our Hot Tub more than I expected. During the cooler months, we're in it several evenings a week, and often every morning. During the hot days, we turn it down to mid-80s and enjoy it as a cooling refresher.
Maintenance is easy - a few minutes 1-2 times a week, and a little longer filter cleaning monthly. We change out the water and wipe down the whole tub about every 6-9 months.
Definitely got our money's worth, and it's become a favorite family gathering spot in the evenings, and time to catch up.

We Love our MARINO SPA

We have enjoyed our Marino SPA for four months. The controls are very easy to use. Even during the summer we were able to enjoy it almost every day becuase it was so easy to set the water temp to 95 degrees (and we installed a ceiling fan in our spa area). Love the frog system and the filter is very easy to maintain. In fact I am coming up on the recommended water change and find myself questioning it because the water remains crystal clear. We especially like the water depth (being a taller person). We did have to reset the power to the Spa once, it seemed to cycle on more frequently than normal, but powering down and back up solved it.

Our Caldera Marino Spa is a relaxing and therapeutic tool that we enjoy immensely. It was the best retirement gift I gave myself. We like the layout of seating and how the design and placement of jets works on different areas to sooth away the aches. It is easy to clean and maintain and has not added any significant energy cost to the electric bill. A great value for sure!

We had a top quality Jacuzzi Spa that lasted 20+years. We use our spa at least three times a week. When we started looking for a replacement we wanted to make sure we had quality that would last. After a lot of research we decided to go with the Marino. It is a top notch SPA with all the needs and we love the FROG system for the chemicals, super easy to maintain. We haven't had a problem yet and it seems to be holding up very well after two years. I would recommend this spas highly. Family loves it- very comfortable.

I shopped for months the liquidation sales, truckload sales,etc... Caldera is the best price out there! I got more features than I set out to buy because of the lower price. The bromine frog system is so easy to use and not expensive to maintain. My electric bill went up only $15.00 just like the salesman promised. Enough jets and controls to satisfy everyone in the spa. Its very comfortable. We are using it more than I imagined. I would highly recommend Caldera. When shopping remember to look at all of the features you're getting - Caldera wins!

Awesome spa! I'm in construction and look forward to using it almost every night. I've had it for 10 months and it has been really easy to maintain. This particular model has several options that are beneficial to my needs. I highly recommend it if you want to relax and sleep good!

We have had out hot tub for about 2 years now. The controls are easy to work, it hold the temp great. We love how simple the cover is to open and raise. One person can easily do it. The water is about as easy to change as it could be. My only recommendation would be for them to put a ball valve on the drain hose. I did that so mine is fine but it would be a cheap but simple addition. The water quality is very easy to maintain. We are very pleased and look foreward to many years of enjoyment.

It's now been 4 years and just keeps on running. Installed and test the water and enjoy. Requires very little maintenance, change the water every 4 months and replendish chemicals as needed.Bromine 1/mo and mineral at 4 mo.Living in Arizona the heater rarely runs. I don't think any hot tub could be more maintenance free.
