This spa is not only comfortable, roomy and full of great features like LED color changing lights. It also used FROG spa cartridges that make water quality control a breeze. Once a month pop in a frog spa bromine cartridge and your all set! Simple and ready for use.

Spa broke 3 times in the first hyear

Spa woudnt heat up, took 2 months and 4 service calls to finally fix it. Poor communication and customer service from caldera. I would not recommend buy a caldera spa.

Great hot tub - super easy to maintain

We have had our Marino hot tub for a couple of months now. The frog cartridge system makes it super easy to maintain clean crystal clear water. After half an hour in the tub nothing hurts and you sleep like never before!

I Love Coffee Hot Tub

Every morning, 365 days a year, my husband and I enjoy our morning coffee in our hot tub. We live in Michigan and use it year round (unless it is below 10degrees or bad weather). It is energy efficient, not raising our energy bills more than a few dollars more a month (about $20) to run it non-stop. We change the cartridges monthly and the water quarterly and our water is crystal clear. This is a tradition I look forward to daily and our children and their friends enjoy it too!

I can see it now. A nice hot steaming cup of rich coffee while relaxing in your spa before starting your day. Year around spa enjoyment is a fantastic way to greet the day. I think that your tradition may being to trend with families around the word :)

Buying a new home the last thing on my mind was getting a hot tub. Then it just made sense with the easy finance option, and easy installation. I am not planning on going anywhere for awhile so getting locked into a hot tub isn't such a bad prison.
I don't mind my monthly dues of a comfortable sunset in my oasis. I appreciate all the jets in just the right places for the knots in my back.
Feels like a comfortable and great choice. We are about 3 months into it and will keep you posted if our views change.

We have had a hot tub for years and just recently we had to replace our old one. We shopped around for awhile but found the costumer service at Tradewinds Spas and all of the spas were very comfortable. The woman who helped us, Stephanie, really knew what she was talking about and was very willing to help us and answer any questions we had. The marino we now have is wonderful!! Our family uses it almost every night. So easy to take care of, lightweight cover and so many jets!

Our water would not clear up using the spa marvel. We switched to bromine and it still has its days. Didn't think it would be so difficult.

We have had our spa for about three months now and we thoroughly enjoy it. We have some health challenges and getting into the spa for therapy has been extremely helpful. Our grandchildren love to come over and enjoy the spa. With small grandchildren, the lock down features are greatly appreciated. We are pleased to see how economical it is. We expected higher power bills, but the amounts were lower than we anticipated. The only challenge we have had is learning how to regulate the chemicals.

New morning tradition

Every morning we use our hot tub and drink a cup of coffee. What a way to start your day! It is energy efficient, only increasing my electric bill about $10/month. I know others who purchased their hot tub from a home improvement store and cannot use their spa due to the large increase to their energy bill. The chemicals are easy to add and I purchased a paradise spa vacuum to clean the seats of grit - what an easy chore. It seats 4-5 larger adults comfortably or about 6 teenagers. Now my back feels better, my pocket book did not take a large hit, and my husband and I have a new morning tradition.

Our hot tub is very nice so far...We have used it for just 2 months. The inline chemical system is fantastic, so we spend very little time worrying about the chemicals. The jets are great and we are especially pleased with how smooth and easy the cover is to operate. The only complaints I would have are that the motor is a bit louder than I had expected when the unit is in heating mode, and the control panel does not make a lot of intuitive sense.

We have had our spa for 1 year. It has been a real pleasure to own our spa and have the ability to use it at any time. We have the Frog chemical control system which makes for easy control of water balance. The jets are forceful and the temperature setting is reliable and accurate. It is a very relaxing experience and it helps control daily aches and pains.

It's been nearly two years since we took delivery of our Marino spa by Caldera. We use the spa at least three times a week. We used to book a hotel every once in a while to enjoy relaxing a bit and using a hot tub. Now we just step out our back door and mmmmmmmm! we're in the lap of luxury and we can sleep in our own bed. The spa has performed like a charm, without one hitch since we plugged it in.

Have tried without luck or response from you to get some help or in put regarding the nasty odor we have....even with changing the water 4 times a year...
