Beautiful hot tub. Well made and very simple to understand how to maintain as a first time owner. Well what are you waiting for? Find a dealer and go check out the many different spas available and treat yourself and family to nice relaxing evenings just soaking out on that patio. I sleep so much better after spending 15-20 minutes before I lay down.

My first spa was worth every dollar

I just love my spa have had it for 6 weeks spend about 2 hours a day in it, the temp is dead on and takes no time to heat up if wanted, but still having issues getting the water right but Crystal from the spa dealer here in Mount Vernon, Il has been a god sent with a very polite helping hand. Had issue after delivery spa would just run all the time, dealer (Crystal Clear pools and spas) came out reset the programing and not issue since I think the spa is very comfortable and the jets are placed just right, the lounge is perfect for my back and the other seating is very nice I find myself moving from seat to seat every one hits a different place on your body. Again this is just my first spa so nothing to really compare it to (have been in hotel and resort spas) but this is so nice, I am so glad I got this only regret is that did not get one with more features but maybe in year or two will upgrade, but for know this spa is PERFECT. would recommend the brand to all of my friends, thanks for the quality product

Easy Care, Great Comfort

Purchased my tub about 2.5 months ago and I love it! Been using it very frequently, often with a friend or family member in it with me! Feels great on my back and the LED lights are a nice touch. I love how easy it is to use and to maintain! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star for comfort is that I'm short and have to use a booster seat to get the jets where I need them. Not the biggest issue though. I would recommend to anyone, I just wish it had been a bit more affordable. That's my only complaint, but as you see, I bought it anyhow :)

First let me say we did a lot of reseach before choosing the Caldera brand. We really are happy we chose this one. The care and maintenance is so easy. Seats 6 comfortably. We live in Fla and most people said its too hot to use a spa. Let me tell you how wrong they are!! Our thanks to everyone involved in making this high quality yet affordable spa!!

Twenty minutes every day I get to unwind, get away and melt away the day's stress. I had wanted a spa for many years and finally got one. One of the best investments I have ever made. Highly recommend it, use it all year round. In the summer I drop the temperature and as the weather gets cooler, I start adjusting and find the right temp.

We have had our spa for 3+ years and love it! It is very easy to maintain, works wonderfully, and has easily met our expectations. The multiple jets with different intensity selections makes for a very relaxing experience. We would buy this spa again in a "flash!"

This is a decent spa I have owned for 4 years. This fall the pump went out and neither Caldera or my local dealer were very helpful. $800 later, we have a new pump. I do like the seats and head rests. Water care is fairly simple and the lighting is nice. For the price, it is a decent model, but I wouldn't depend on it be a "long-life" spa.

Great Hot Tub

This is my second Caldera Spa I have owned; very easy to care for and very relaxing. The main reason I purchased the Caldera Spa the second time was because the experience I had with the first. I had a (5) year warranty which was about (6) months from expiring when I ran into some problems: I had the owner of Trade Winds Spa stop out to my house to inspect the hot tub and within (3) weeks they brought me out a new Hot Tub no charge to me. You have to love a company that stands behind their product!

First year with Marino from Caldera

I was skeptical that we would really use a hot tub for the long haul, but one year into hot tub ownership, we are regularly using it 3-4 times per week. Even in the summer, we have found that by putting the water temp down to 97 or 95 F you can enjoy a nice long soak on all but the hottest evenings.

Spa maintenance has been a breeze, and since we screened in our spa area, even filter cleaning is simple.

I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

Nice tub but not reliable

I did a lot of research before buying s tub. My top priority was reliability. This tub needed service 5 times in the first 2 years. Each time some part had to be replaced.

My husband and I love our Caldera Marino Spa, and so does our three children. Ages 5,5, and 11. We use it 1-2x per week in the summer and 3-4x per week in the winter. It's been easy to keep up with, and I haven't noticed any changes to our electric bill. We never get into it and wished we hadn't. It's always a great idea!!!

Our spa is great! We love using it in just about all four seasons! The only thing I don't like is the frog system. Ever since we bought it in 2014, we have not been able to use the frog. We have to use a bromine float.

We just love this model and with the cold winters in Michigan was worried about energy cost but was very minimal. The different seats offer different areas of jets from upper back lower back feet and full body great investment all around 5 stars.

We live in Sterling Alaska and although we do not use the Marino Spa in the winter we do the rest of the year. It was our first new spa in 20 years and enjoy the improvements. There seems to be ample room and like the ability to control the jets.
Easy to operate once you read the directions. We would recommend to anyone in the market for a medium sized spa.
