After a little trouble learning how to properly maintain our Hot Tub we now enjoy it every night!!!
Our only wish is that we bought it from a different dealer. Not at all happy with the information and/or customer service received from the company we purchased the spa from. Very very happy with the service & help from a local company.

My husband and I shopped around for a few months before purchasing a spa. When we seen the Caldera Spa we loved everything about it. We were 100% completely satisifed! I find that it is very easy to maintain and we enjoy it!!

My husband suffered a severe electrical injury and after multiple surgeries still suffered pretty significant pain on a regular basis. This spa has been more helpful than pretty much anything prior. It is easy to maintain and hasn't raised our electric bill too much. It is constructed well and was affordable. I would definitely recommend it to someone. We have had ours for about a year now and are still thrilled with it.

The spa part works great. We have had no issues with it in the year and a half we've had it.
Our issue is the sound system. The wireless often does not work. I can no longer get it to work with anything but bluetooth. It won't work with the Ipod connection, or plugging in a line.
When it used to work by plugging in a line, sound would only come through one speaker.

We have really enjoyed our new spa. It is our first time to own a spa so we are trying to get the most from it. The one thing that was a little disheartening was the high speed pump had to be replaced upon delivery. Other than that we have had smooth sailing.

The spa is easy to operate and enjoy. Only complaint is that the old spa they removed before the Caldera was installed had a mechanism to open and close the cover. This spa does not have any mechanism and am forced to drop it over the side each time we open the spa. Not very efficient or easy to do

I have a hard time with the chemicals. Seems like it takes more than I had expected and I can never get the clear water. Always have a little green tint to it. Good for the price

Our New Hot Tub

We bought the Marino hot tub by Caldera. We replaced a hot tub we had for ten years . I wish we had done it years earlier.The frog system makes water chemistry really easy. The lights are a really nice feature,and the tub is very comfortable . The dealer was very friendly,and delivery crew placed the tub exactly where we wanted it . Electrician made the final connections ,filled with water and the tub was ready that night . Thanks Jeff and Dee, Norfolk Va.

I normally do not write reviews but I have to say this is an exception. I purchased my hot tub 3 years ago for medical reasons which my doctor agreed it would be beneficial and now I am enjoying it with my friends and grand kids. I use it with cold water in the very hot summers and with hot water rest of the year. It is very relaxing and the kids treat it like a swimming pool.

Me and my wife spent a good amount of time going around to all of the different dealers in our area trying to figure out what tub fit our needs the absolute best before we pulled the trigger on a purchase. Long story we came across the Caldera brand and our dealer directed us to the Marino model as it fit our budget the best. What can I say!! We have had the tub just a little over a week now and love everything it has to offer. Compared to other brands we tested the Caldera line of spas seems to be the best value out there. The Marino is not Caldera's top tier spa but sure provides a feeling of one. The overall comfort is fantastic and the power the tub offers is incredible. At no point of buying this spa did I ever question what I was getting and I have no reason to because they delivered in all areas. I would like to give a big shout out to Buddy's Pools & Spa's in Cockeysville, MD for being great throughout the entire purchase. I would highly recommend this spa to any person looking for quality and affordability.

After four months out hot tub developed a crack. The "fix" was to patch and make a rough and ugly spot which is 100 times larger than the crack. Now our basically new hot tub looks horrible. The company thinks this is okay for a practically new hot tub? I hate to see what other cracks develop. We had an old other brand hot tub before and NEVER had cracks. The dealer even said sometimes this happens but didn't say it until after we found a crack.

My husband and I love this hot tub. We had been wanting a hot tub for a long time and finally took the plunge. I did research before buying this model and bought it due to the great reviews. We have not regretted our choice. We love soaking in this tub in the cold weather. We have one minor issue right now with a jet cap coming off but I am sure that will be an easy fix when we empty the tub and change the water in a couple of months. We were also impressed with our dealer at American Billiards in Charleston, WV. Both of the men who helped us there were wonderful to deal with. We are looking forward to many great years with this hot tub.

We got this almost 2 years ago and has been nothing but a headache since. Doesn't hold its heat. Set temp and it's always 2-3 degrees cooler and when in hot tub doesn't hold its heat. We had a jet pump go out this last weekend and local dealer came out and fixed it. Know he don't have the pressure we use to with jets. We have fought with dealer for 2 years about the heat issue and he tells us its fine then problem with jets and he says there is nothing wrong with them We have contacted caldera customer service with both issues and they tell us they can't help us. We will be getting rid of it and going with different brand
