We Love our hot tub, the jet action is fantastic, makes you feel really great. The spa frog water care system makes it easy to maintain the water chemistry.

Love the foot massage!
PostedApril 8, 2013
Our spa has been everything we had hoped for. The foot massage feature is great. Our granddaughters love the waterfall. The water temperature never falls below where we set it, and gets only a few degrees warmer on a very hot day. We were surprised at the minimal impact on our electric bill - it's a very efficient spa. Only drawback: a few more jets would have been nice.

The hot tub I purchased, after at least 5 repairs within the first couple of months, now appears to work propertly.

Love our Hot Tub!
PostedMay 12, 2012
We chose our tub over others on the market. It has proven to be very cost effective, is really easy to maintain, and has overall great performance. We love it and it has enhanced our lifestyle.

HOT TUBBING IN CT
PostedMay 10, 2012
We are a family of 6 and enjoy the spa year-round at least once a week. It's a good time to relax and talk to each other about everything that's going on with everyone. No cell phones, emails, texts, etc.
Also- you haven't lived until you do a hot-tub snow angel. (jump out of the hot tub, do a snow angel, hop back in tub) Invigorating to the 10th power!! WhooHoo!

Had one leak problem and now a heater pressure switch issue. More than I would have expected from a not yet 2 year old tub

Overall happy--a few problems
PostedMay 10, 2012
We had to have a sensor replaced when the spa was brand new--it was not keeping the water at the right temperature. Now that it's replaced, it seems to be working fine. (The installers thought we were wrong--not Calderas fault--and I had to insist they make a repair--but we've had a spa for so long that I knew immediately that the temp of the water was not what the readout said it was. In a spa, 1 degree makes a difference--A new user might not have realized something was wrong). I'm a bit biased because my previous spa was also a Caldera, but a top of the line model, so this one is not quite as nice. But overall considering the difference in price, I'm happy with the variety of jets and seating positions. We enjoy the lights and "waterfall." I also like the way the lift and cover are attached and how they work. I did not like the "Spa Frog" thing for chemicals and have stopped using it. I've just gone back to checking and adding chemicals myself--which I've done for so long it's no big deal (and much cheaper).

Luxury of a spa

We love the spa. From the beginning the two speed pump was defective and had to be replaced. The warranty worked like a charm. We definitely recommend owning a Caldera spa. The therapeutic benefits are worth every penny.

Great spa for the price!
PostedMay 10, 2012
I've owned the Palatino for a couple years now and have enjoyed it tremedously. I've had a tech out only once due to a bad breaker in my outdoor panel that kept blowing on extremely hot days in the summer. Other than that, the hot tub has functioned smoothly.

Bring on the snow!
For years my husband and I wanted a spa...and now that we finally own a Calera, we don't know why we waited so long! We enjoy the spa in all kinds of weather, especially when it's snowing! It is like always being on vacation...but in your own back yard!!

Thank God for the warranty.....having the spa for a year the maintenance man had to replace the faulty dual speed pump. I also have problem maintaining the right temperature of the water. But overall I enjoy the product.

14 Months in a Caldera Spa
PostedMay 31, 2011
We purchased our Caldera Spa May 2010 and never cease to enjoy it. Especially like the "Frog " feature as maintaining proper chemical balance is easy . The base made of imitation wood does not weather as happened with the previous wooden base spa we owned . The vynl cover is very easy to keep clear. We are proud of our Caldera Spa!

We enjoyed our spa through the winter months this year. There's nothing like bieng in the spa when its snowing or when its bitter cold and clear and the stars are everywhere. Its been an enjoyable experience and we're looking forward to the theraputic effects of the spa throught he summer.

My 2nd Spa

My only negative comment is that Entering & Exiting the Spa could use design improvement. There is really no flat surface to step onto in the spa, so it may be slippery.

I've had my Palatino for about a year. I still have not changed the water and the water still look crystal clear. In the beginning, I did have a little problem with the water but it was due to my lack of knowledge. After a couple of trips to my local dealer and their expertize professional advise on how to solve my problem, WALLA, no more problems!
