We LOVE soaking in our Kauai

We’ve had our Kauai for one month now and have been in it almost every night (and sometimes in the day). We never had a hot tub or a pool so it was all new to us at ages 72 and almost 70. It didn’t take long to get the hang of the water care. The salt water system is very easy, just read your manuals and, if you have a question, your salesperson is available to help! In this stressful time of the Covid-19 pandemic, stress is high. It is SO RELAXING and has been a wonderful sleep aid! We love it and just wish we’d bought it sooner!

This smaller spa is ideal for my wife and I. I play a lot of golf and have lower back pain. With this spa it is so relaxing and absolutely helps my aches and pains. It also fits in a small footprint and complements perfectly along side our pool. Can't wait to enjoy it during the cold weather when the pool is closed.

it is only me and my husband who will use this spa. It fits in our patio perfect and is the perfect size and comfort for the 2 of us. The last spa we had was 9 years old and used so much electricity . This model is quite and much more efficient.

We had problems initially, with the spa shutting down. It took two service calls from the dealer to resolve the problem. It has been six weeks since they replaced a sensor, and it appears to be okay now.

Really love the "Salt System" ! Nearly maintenance free. A whole lot less chemical additions. Seems to be less harsh on our skin and hair as well.
Highly recommended! We enjoy the small spa although it can be a little crowded with three persons.

Perfect for the two of us! We’ve had spas since the 1980’s But first with salt water. I’m so impressed with the benefits from the first use and how my skin feels now. Best of all no smell....the now nightly soaks have made the day complete and I am sleeping so peaceful every night.

The Kauai is my second not tub. My first was a Jetssetter. I didn’t think I didn’t think ere was a better tub but the Kauai is better. I like the jets better and there are more of them. I like the single filter system. It works well. I love my Kauai.

My husband and I have talked over the years about getting a hot tub. Timing worked out well and we were finally able to purchase one. We had our deck rebuilt so that the hot tub could be placed on it. And with the small size and weight, we were able to modify the deck accordingly. Our only issue now is that the Monarch Silver Ion Sanitizer for our particular hot tub will soon no longer be available through the dealer that we purchased the hot tub from. There is supposed to be a universal Silver Ion Sanitizer, however, that model does not currently fit in the Kauai model hot tub. Hopefully this issue will be resolved. Otherwise, the hot tub has been easy to take care (for first time buyers) and we are overall happy with the purchase.
