We had problems initially, with the spa shutting down. It took two service calls from the dealer to resolve the problem. It has been six weeks since they replaced a sensor, and it appears to be okay now.

I love the hot tub except I sit way too low :(. Wasn’t aware of that until we used it. It’s fine I just would have looked for different seating

Really love the "Salt System" ! Nearly maintenance free. A whole lot less chemical additions. Seems to be less harsh on our skin and hair as well.
Highly recommended! We enjoy the small spa although it can be a little crowded with three persons.

After many years of wanting a hut tub we finally did it. This tub is an amazing for my husband and I. So relaxing and the salt water is so much easier to care for. We highly recommend this hot tub.

Perfect for the two of us! We’ve had spas since the 1980’s But first with salt water. I’m so impressed with the benefits from the first use and how my skin feels now. Best of all no smell....the now nightly soaks have made the day complete and I am sleeping so peaceful every night.

Its made a huge difference in my life !

The Kauai is my second not tub. My first was a Jetssetter. I didn’t think I didn’t think ere was a better tub but the Kauai is better. I like the jets better and there are more of them. I like the single filter system. It works well. I love my Kauai.

My husband and I have talked over the years about getting a hot tub. Timing worked out well and we were finally able to purchase one. We had our deck rebuilt so that the hot tub could be placed on it. And with the small size and weight, we were able to modify the deck accordingly. Our only issue now is that the Monarch Silver Ion Sanitizer for our particular hot tub will soon no longer be available through the dealer that we purchased the hot tub from. There is supposed to be a universal Silver Ion Sanitizer, however, that model does not currently fit in the Kauai model hot tub. Hopefully this issue will be resolved. Otherwise, the hot tub has been easy to take care (for first time buyers) and we are overall happy with the purchase.

I got my Hot Tub because I play so much golf that my back is in constant pressure. The tub allows me to relax and reduces the pressure from a day on the course. I enjoy it very much and recommend one to you.

My husband has neuropathy in his legs and we were looking for a therapeutic hot tub. When we found the Kauai model, we couldn't believe how perfect it is! My husband uses it almost every day. It is beautiful, comfortable, and has just the right type and number of jets for any problem spots. For me, I just like to sit in it. Seats three comfortably. It is the one thing in our new home that we love the most!

My wife and I are both busy R.N.'s with physically and emotionally demanding jobs. We purchased our Caldera Kauai spa in the hopes that it would provide not only physical relief for back aches but also the value of stress relief. It has surpassed our expectations. An added benefit is the time we get to just enjoy each others company in the relaxation of our spa. Couldn't have asked for a better solution and product.
