We are in our early 70's and still active tennis players and I do some light construction, so there plenty of sore muscles ! Our new spa is so relaxing and therapeutic that we are taking a lot less ibuprofen. Now we have other tennis players interested in purchasing a hot tub. Thanks for a great product that is easy to maintain. Our spa is inside an enclosed porch so we do not have to out in the cold to use it !!

Addicted to my Kaui Hot Tub

I haven't missed a day since it was delivered - and often I am in twice a day. The quality and comfort is amazing, the feeling of relaxation continues for hours after I get out. I am not sure why I waited until I retired to buy one! But I am happy that I have the time to use it whenever I want!

Took awhile to arrive, but this spa is incredible.

Let me say, I love this tub. Hot Tubs are to pricey. Can’t say about efficient as of yet only had it about 2 weeks. Waited 9 years for another hot tub since my other one died. This is my little part of a peaceful relaxing moment. The guys showed me how to take care if it and when the breaker you sent was faulty next day service to fix it. What can I say, one happy lady here. All in all love it, Hubby isnt happy where they put it. Funny he still gets in it and enjoys it. Lol

My husband and I bought this Hot Tub (Salt Water) and it has been the best decision ever! We use it almost every single day. (Never slept so good in my life after relaxing in this every night!).
This hot tub is the perfect size, awesome jets, and the lights are fantastic! We are SO happy with this purchase. If you're looking for a fantastic hot tub..This is the way to go!!

From the minute I contacted Backyard Leisure to the minute I stepped into my spa it has been no less than spectacular! We have been contemplating one for several years and just decided to go for it. Best decision we ever made to go with this hot tub.

We have the salt water system with our spa and the maintenance seems very easy. We like the control of the jets, aeration, and lights. Well designed seats and lounge. Just right for the two of us.
The sales and installation was done well.
Weekly testing is done well.

I bought the Kauai in November. I use it 6-7 nights a week! I work a lot of hours and am on my feet a lot. This hot tub relaxes me every night. The jets on my back, calves and feet in the lounge chair are amazing! I can site in the other positions for either upper or lower back jets. Best purchase I’ve ever made. Helps me sleep so much better!! Thanks!!

We had high hopes for our hot tub but have been disappointed. We paid extra to get a salt tub because we felt it was safer than the traditional tubs, but our skin still smells of chlorine hours after using the hot tub. I even had a doctor ask me if I had just gotten out of the pool. We’ve had the water checked at Hot Springs Pool where we purchased it, and they said the levels are good. We’ve had to purchase two $150 salt plugs already even though each one is supposed to last much longer than ours have lasted. The tub itself seems well-made and is very comfortable. We like the changing colored lights around the inside, and the seating is perfect for what we need. It’s just the chlorine smell and expense that we’ve been so disappointed in.

This is my second Kauai hot tub.
My first one lasted about 15 years and the main control panel failed and there was no replacement unit available. I purchased the Kauai because I was very satisfied with the service and comfort of the unit. I am very disappointed with the lift cover with the new unit. It is much more difficult to open and close the cover. After I purchased unit and it was stalled I talked with the salesman. I was advised this design was required by California. I believe this is a very unsatisfactory design and would not have purchased the unit if the floor model has the cover on the unit to demonstrate the lifter.

I was a little worried about the water care and electrical costs (having never owned a hot tub before). Fact is, I don't even see much of an increase at all in our electrical. And we got the salt water kit for the tub, and water care couldn't be easier. The salt cartridge generates its own chlorine, and I've only had to add some when we've been in the tub for some time. It couldn't be easier!
We've enjoyed many nights just sitting out on the back porch in the tub and not have to worry about a lot of maintenance. Plenty of jets for the both of us!

We’ve had hot tubs our whole married lives. We are in our retirement years and wanted to downsize to a smaller tub. The Kauai was the perfect fit. We don’t entertain as much. It’s small yet big enough for the two of us. Very low maintenance. One filter to clean unlike the 5 from the previous tubs. Highly recommend Caldera hot tubs.

This is our second tub but not in the way you think. Our first one leaked. They had to bring us a new one. It took some time but that was because of the pandemic. This new tub or the one that doesn’t leak is just as described. Very easy to take care of, super comfortable, and a joy to own.
