After owning a Sundance Spa 3rd owner for 4 years it finally died. We took our time and researched and visited multiple locations that sold and serviced Spas. The choice we made was 1st based on the product, 2nd on service ability, and third price.

This SPA is an excellent unit! It has lots of powerful jets and the only one I found with a floor mounted huge jet. This jet is the one we use most for sore feet and legs. The only feature I do not use is the Frog system as it requires Bromine and I do not use it. Instead I use SPA Marvel which keeps my water sparkling clean without chlorine or bromine.
I highly recommend this spa to any serious user.

i am a sufferer of major body pain, coming from my nerves, not like pain from lifting weights or running, but a constant pressure of pain from my fingers through my arms, into my neck and lower back, a stranger array of pain sequence i have been told. in any case , i need to relax in heat, as cold is more irritating to the whole thing. the spa has the power and number of jets so arranged, it is like going from one massage to the next, i sit in every chair in this wonder, i am so very glad i got this tub

i love this tub all around. I use this just about everyday.

The only issue I have is that since I purchased 10 months ago I have had to replace on average about 1 wifi speaker a month.
they do not hold up to the water and heat which is very disappointing. Especially since they are $50/each right now warranty covers them but what happens when the warranty is up?

I've had my tub since Dec 2015. It has been easy to
maintain and have not had any issues. I purchased
the Niagara mostly for the configuration and the neck massage jets which have helped me manage my neck pain.
Most of the other tubs I saw made it quite difficult to move around from station to station, not so with the Niagara. We can do it easily. The jets can be adjusted to your desired pressure and it has external and
internal lights with your choice of colors or can
set on a loop for all colors. It's pretty cool.
I haven't figured out what the waterfall is good for but it has one of them with lights.

We have had our Niagara for about one year now. It is a beautiful addition to our patio area. We spend quite a bit of time in it. Plenty of room for several people! Love it!

I Finally got my dream spa The Niagara! after 10 years of longing! You know, when buying a house there is a lot of things need fixing and shaping up. Economy for a hottub just was´nt there . While doing this I kept my dream alive that someday owning a Spa and I spent hundreds of late nights Googeling for the ultimate brand and model and so suddenly........I found it! It was called Caldera Niagara! To be honest I nearly missed it. But the reviews and the specs made me certain that this was the model for me and my family. During all this time my wife and kids declared me somewhat crazy and they were sometimes quite annoyed with me constant talking about the spa. But now!! They just love it , and we feel like celebrities. Everyone wants to come over and have a soak. It amazing! I could not be happier . I LOVE my Caldera Niagara /Patrik Kruger . ps please excuse my misspellings ,but hey.. I´m from Sweden :-)

Love my spa but need a map for the jet/air controls

I've had my Niagara Spa for about a month now and am truly loving it. A 20 minute soak late at night means a sound and restful sleep!
I would like to see a better user interface/experience for the jet controls though. Their operation is really non-intuitive. Maybe an iPhone app that maps controls to the jets they affect?

I purchased my Caldera spa in January of 2005 when our family moved from Atlanta to Charlotte. While I am not a warm weather user, I get in my spa every night before bed from early October to mid-April. Nothing finishes my day like sitting in my spa, looking at the stars and thinking about my day. On the nights when I spot a shooting star, things are even better. I cannot imagine ever being without my Caldera spa!

We purchased our Niagara almost three years ago and we still love it. Water care is so easy with the frog system. It is always ready 24/7. Nothing like a 6am dip to start the day off right.

My husband and I looked all over for the perfect spa and once we found the Caldera Spa we were sold. Has all of the features we were looking for in a spa at a very reasonable price. Its very comfortable and easy to maintain.

I purchased my Niagra Series Spa over a year ago and am very pleased. It is very comfortable and by rotating through the various seats and jet layouts, we find a way to massage most all the troublesome body parts. The only trouble we have had has been with the speakers. We love having a great sound in the spa, but every few months one or more speakers stop working and Caldera had only a few months worth of warranty to cover repair. They need to either put in a better, more reliable speaker system or increase their warranty for repair.
