We really wanted to take the time to let you know that we are in love with our Niagara. The seats are perfect and the Salt System water care is so easy. We have enjoyed being in our Spa every night since we have had it set up. Loving our Niagara spa.

We just purchased and received our Niagara. And I have to say it is more than we expected. It is the perfect hot tub. Chris Richards walked us through all the options and not once was pushy. He even talked us into taking the Platinum color and I am very happy he did. It is beautiful at night with the lights on. The salt system leaves our skin so soft and it is great to just go to bed after we soak. We waited a long time for this spa and we are super happy. Thank you Chris and Texas Leisure for taking the time and getting us set up. Top notch!!

Incredible Design, Great Jets, Second Time Leaking in 2 years...support lacking

This is the second Watkins Brand spa we heave owned in the past 20 years. Our first spa was a Hotspring Vanguard which we loved. We never had any major issues, and service and support was wonderful. We purchased this Tahitian when we moved across town and were excited to stay in the Watkins Family with a different approach to design and therapy. All was going well until the 2 year mark of spa ownership. The tub developed a very noticeable leak out the front side of the tub, and after 3 months of waiting, the tub was shipped to San Diego to be repaired. The tub was off our property for nearly another 8 weeks between travel and repair time before it was returned. All went well for the next 15 months until March 2020, when the tub developed a different leak out the back and sides of the tub base. With Covid-19 lockdown issues, the local dealer was closed and did not come out until early May to inspect and file a warranty claim. It's been nearly 6 months of me trying to get this issue resolved, and after making some initial progress with customer service, everything stopped in mid-June. I keep calling and keep hearing that somebody is working on it, reviewing it, discussing it, etc and will get back to me. That was 10 weeks ago, and I have called twice since then with no follow up or resolution. The customer service folks are very pleasant, and have tried to assist in addressing this issue, but are clearly are limited in the scope of what they can do. In addition, I will have owned this tub for 4 years next month... and its leaked cumulatively for over 1 of those years, and continues to leak a couple of gallons per day. This tub clearly has quality issues, and represents a poor example of the warranty support afforded. If this is the top of the line "Utopia Series".. service should be top of the line as well.

Our second Caldera spa

We have owned our Caldera Spa for about 4 years and loved it. We use it nightly for my husband’s arthritis. The spa was damaged in a hail storm so it has been replaced with a 2019 Niagara and we had salt water added. This spa is so easy to maintain and the jets work beautifully. We have never had any problems with either spa. Caldera spas are a great spa.

This spa is incredibly comfortable and easy to maintain. In the first seven months it has broken twice. It is covered under warranty and has been repaired.

I love the salt water option.
Other than that this is the WORST hot tub we have ever owned. We had this custom built and haven’t even had a full year. Only two speakers work. Some of the jets don’t spin, the filter cover snapped off Relatively early. The hot tub was supposed to be deliver first week last June and didn’t come until July. Then there with issues with the electrical and couldn’t be hooked up properly until end of July. The Bluetooth is spotty as well. All we’ve had for the past year is headaches. I can’t even count the amount of times we have had to empty it for it to be assessed and “repaired”. I would NOT recommend this hot tub to anyone ever! I wish we never upgraded. Our previous hot tub was struck by lightning and it still worked better than this hot tub. Very disappointed with this purchase and the lack of help from the manufacture.

After much research we purchased the Niagara Spa and it was the best choice spa for our home! We chose the 7 person, 52 jet tub with all the bells and whistles. Our favourite features are the neck and lumbar massage options. The features and functions are all exceptional and we use our spa daily, sometimes twice a day. The seats are comfortable and the jets are extremely relaxing. So far caring and testing the water levels has been a breeze and we feel that we have received value for our dollar with this purchase! We highly recommend this model!

It’s such a nice way to unwind on a winter evening. Head out to the spa while snow is falling and just look up at the stars.
Also it is a nice time to just chat with the family while we are all in the same place.

What a life-changing experience!

I'll admit it. I don't like being wet. At least I didn't.
We just moved into a house in September of last year and my wife really wanted a body of water we could call our own. When we got quotes for an inground pool, the numbers we saw were astonishing (6-figures). This was not for us! So we decided to get a spa instead. I've never been a 'hot tub' guy, but boy has my life turned around since we got one.
There is so much room in the Niagara we could easily accomodate 4 more adults comfortably. The jets are powerful and unlock all of the tight spots in my back. I love getting in this thing when I get home from work after a 2.5 hour commute. When I work from home, I love finding breaks in my schedule to make an excuse to hop in for 15-20 minutes. It has been amazing. And it's had an unexpected cost savings benefit too -- my wife and I are struggling to find a vacation spot that makes us want to leave our backyard oasis.
Our purchase of the Caldera Niagara has been life-changing.
All in all, the spa has exceeded our expectations: maintenance is simple, it fills and heats up quickly, it's easy to clean, the insulation is SOLID. Only a few minor issues with the quality of some of the collars on the jets. I've had 4 break and come off, but it doesn't negatively impact the performance of the spa.
If you're looking at these reviews and wondering if you should pull the trigger, do it. Don't wait. If you're lucky enough to be in the SF Bay Area, check out Blackthrone Spas in Salinas. They have a tremendous sales team that will help you find the right spa and get a great deal and will continue to support you with a friendly smile after your purchase!

This is my second Caldera spa. Sadly had to leave my first spa behind when I moved. We enjoy our Niagra spa. It has lots of room for friends. The jets are amazing and hit all the right spots. Water care has been very easy. My only complaint is that the jets are so complicated it is hard to figure out completely, even after a full year of use! The guide isn’t that helpful. We have also had a few small plastic jet covers come off and have had to have them re-glued.
