I LOVE LOVE MY CALDERA NIAGARA! IT MASSAGES ALL PARTS THAT NEED MASSAGING! IT TOOK ME 11 YEARS TO FIND THE RIGHT FIT! THE MASSAGE SYSTEMS RELAX MY NECK AND SHOULDERS TO PERFECTION, THANK YOU CALDERA FOR THE GREAT DESIGN! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Leaking tub

My hot tub is a little over 6 years old. And I have had to have 5 leaks repaired so far with a little over 500$ out of pocket, and guess what I now have leak number 6 which will be a Minimum of about $200 out of pocket. I purchased this hot tub because it was supposed to be the best on the market. I have Endorsed it and had three friends purchase hot tubs that were caldera, I can promise you this I will never endorse this hot tub again based on my experience.

This is an amazing spa. We use it most days and love every feature and seat. Our local dealer has also been very responsive to any questions and help. Our only concerns are with the Fresh Water salt system and the ion cartridges. We have had a few challenges with this system but we still like it overall and will continue to use it.

We Love Our Niagara Spa

This was truly one of our best purchases. Our entire family of 8 uses our spa. Our Niagara spa was the perfect choice for us. We really look forward to our relaxing nights and mornings enjoying our spa. It is so nice to have so many seat options with different arrangements of jets for different area of massage. The conversations we have had as a couple and with our children in there are priceless. We would highly recommend our Niagara Caldera spa!

One of the best discretionary purchases I have ever made. Combined with Covid WFH I work out every morning jump into the hot tub then go work my 15 hour video call day. Great way to start he day. Only glitch I have is the salt system indicator has been throwing off a blinking light signal indicating system to working. At times it has stopped working because the salt cartridge has gotten hinged up and iat times it is a false indicator. My dealer has been trying to trouble shoot this but to no avail yet. A bit of an annoyance but the tub is still very operational.

Our current Niagra replaced our current one that we had for nearly 14 years - when it was time to replace, the only one we wanted was another Caldera Niagra - salt system has been great and water care is a breeze - perfect tub !

We have had our hot tub for over 1 year now and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. We would purchase an other in a heart beat! I cannot say enough good things about it. With that being said though, it does still take a lot of time and maintenance to keep up with the chemicals and salt.

Love the hot tub...still learning the water care

We bought our hot tub this past February and are so glad we did! We love it and use it almost daily. Our family of 6 can sit in it, but more often it's just two or three in it at a time. I really loved the idea of having a saltwater tub, but admit it's a learning curve getting the water right. I feel our dealership was lacking in after purchase assistance. We just drained it and refilled it this past weekend for the first time and I learned online about the recommendation to use a silver ion cartridge to extend the life/cleanliness of the water. I just ordered some from an online dealer I found. My biggest complaint is that the salt cartridges are expensive and they only last us about a month, maybe 2 months. I'm hoping the silver cartridges will help extend that time because not only are the cartridges expensive ($130 each) but we have to drive about 45 minutes to the nearest dealer to pick them up. I was so thankful that I just found an online dealer to eliminate that inconvenience. Love the tub, just hoping the cartridges are going to last longer with the silver! Not sure why that wasn't something recommended to us by the dealer???

What an investment... our Caldera Spa has been just what is needed. With 2020 being a year of added stress & anxiety, our spa has been well worth it! Whether it is hanging out with family or friends enjoying the evening sky, or a 15 min break during my lunch hour, I am much better to suited to handle the stresses & strains of life! We love our spa, and have made it a big part of our outdoor living, thus improving our quality of life both physically and mentally! Our only problem is wondering, why did we wait so long to make this investment!

Love the low maintenance of the FreshWater Salt system

I love the low maintenance of the new FreshWater Salt system. It easily maintains the proper level of chlorine, leaving only filter cleanings and pH adjustments as routine maintenance. The Caldera Niagara tub is very comfortable and plenty big for my 6'2" frame. The jets are strong and have many adjustments to get what you want where you want it. I have looked at other spas and the Caldera is the most comfortable.

I had never owned a hot tub in my life but have been in many. This is by far the best ever. Lots of room, great jets, and hour of relaxation. The salt chlorine element is the best.

I have to admit we were concerned about buying a spa at all because we had heard of people buying them and not using them. They aren't a cheap investment and we like to get our money's worth. My wife chose the Caldera and I have to admit, we should not have been concerned. We use it every chance we get. It is so comfortable and with the salt system maintenance is just about nil. The key is to get it perfectly balanced from the outset. Don't skimp on that or get it "close". I did that on one fill and it took a lot more work. When I put the effort in on the next fill it was easy and the water lasted WAY longer. I would definitely recommend Caldera to anyone wanting an easy to maintain and super comfortable spa.

Have had the Niagara for a year now and can't say enough great things about it! Water care very easy, temperature stays constant, have had a lot of parties and everyone raves about the tub. I have recommended to many friends as well.
Definitely a great purchase and can't wait to get back in the tub!

We chose this spa as it came with a great reputation, and we loved the look, feel, and features. We still love the look, feel, and features of the spa. However, we spent a lot of money for a very nice spa and we've had multiple quality issues, mostly pertaining to diverter valves. Spare parts seem to be a lead time issue from the factory. I've owned the spa for 6 months and still have the problems.

We have a Salt Water Spa and absolutely LOVE IT!!! There is no sticky feeling left on your skin and the salt leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. There is no odor either, like in a spa with chlorine. And, the water only needs to be replaced one time a year. There is very little upkeep, in order to keep it sparkling clean!!! Have any questions, their Customer Service gets a 10+++!!! Highly recommend Caldera. Did ALOT of shopping before making this decision and owned a chlorine based spa in the past. Would NEVER go back to one, since having this!!!

My wife and I use our spa daily as it provides endless relief from our various body pains and allows our bodies to losen up for the day. Caldera quality and support has been far better than the other spa brands we have tried in the past. Ease of use has allowed us to enjoy our spa with minimal upkeep. Each seat in our spa works on different areas of our bodies so we really enjoy rotating through all the seats each morning.
