We've had this spa for approximately 2 weeks now. We have used it about 6 times already, and we absolutely love it. The jets are very powerful, sometimes a little too powerful, but that's ok. The spa maintains a constant temperature of approximately 104 degrees, which is very nice. The spa can go up to 106, if you know how to do the override. (Hold down the up temperature for about 3 seconds). The spa seats about 6 adults, but might be a little cramp. My wife and I and our 2 friends seat just fine. The lounger is a very nice feature, and the seat with the shoulder jets is very nice. The other seats are very nice as well and seat very comfortably. Again, it seats 6, but that might be a little too cramp. The lights are very nice, and change colors, and the water fall is nice, but i really don't care if it has one or not. One of the seats has a hand jet massager which is a nice little touch as well. The shell we got is the pearl which is very nice because it really brings out the colors of the lights, and its very well insulated inside. The inside is very sturdy and clean. The only issue the technician had was that one of the main tubes appeared to be slightly crimped, so he fixed it with a zip tie. The panels on the outside are very nice and very easy to wipe down. One of my complaints about this spa is that I find I have to add chlorine to it almost everyday, but this will stop hopefully once I have the fresh rain UV part in. When the spa arrived, it was missing a valve knob for the air flow, which was a little disappointing after spending about $14000 total for this spa. The spa arrived with fiberglass shavings around the tub, which is not too big of a deal, but again, spending about $14000 you would expect better quality in cleanup. The cover is very nice and very easy to use, just remember to unclip all sides before removing. The spa clean feature is very nice because it cycles the water through the filter everyday. Another complaint, which is no fault to Caldera is that the install company asked us where we wanted the spa to be placed. We had them place it in our backyard on the back patio which is concrete. Well, the concrete has a slight grade so that water runs away from the house. Once they placed it, unwrapped it, and filled it, there was about a 1" difference in the water line from one side to the other (no big deal). However, I would of like to have known that the install company could have recommended to place it a certain way because after it was placed and filled, the filter is on the uphill end, which I think it should of been placed on the downhill position. Again, no fault to Caldera, but if you het one, and you have a slight grade to your concrete, see if they will place it filter downhill. Another issue we had is that the spa wasn't heating after installed. The install company came back out and determined that a wire was installed incorrectly, no fault to Caldera. Anyways, back to the air valve knob issue. When I realized this, I called Caldera and spoke with Mary Ann, who promptly sent one out via 2 day shipping. Very nice customer service and very helpful.

This is our first hot tub we have owned and we love our new Caldera Geneva Spa. We have been surprised at how easy the Fresh Water Salt system is to to stay in proper water balance.

Top of the line spa with immediate failures

Our family has been planning for a spa for several years. With COVID-19 keeping us housebound, it seemed like a great time to splurge and get one. We choose a brand new, top of the line Geneva 7 seater and were so excited to get it. Once the tub was hooked up, filled and water suitably treated it wouldn’t get past 97F due to the 20 amp breaker consistently tripping or the tub going into protection mode. Although the spa is amazing, we’ve had nothing but problems.
It was determined that the spa had a defective heater right from the factory. We’ve been waiting for about three weeks for it to be changed out. I hope this is a sign of things to come. So far we are very disappointed.

We like the layout and functionality of the SPA, however ...I purchased my SPA in December, 2019 and it has now been leaking for 3 months! My pool contractor has been valiantly working to fix it, but has not been successful. It has been torn apart and put back together so many times that it is no longer a new! Unfortunately, I had to draw the line, if this latest attempt fails to resolve the issue, he will need to either provide a full refund or replace the SPA. Very disappointed!

Sound system needs work

We have had issues with the speakers/sound system since we purchased. It appears that they were engineered to run at the full volume UK me. Turning the volume up in order to ear while the tub is running causes the speaker sound to crack.

There has been problems with this hot Tub sense I have had it.
The screen was broken, the water was not producing chlorine, there was 2 thermistors that went bad, One of the top side lights colors was not working so now they have to take my hot tub back and fix it and then bring it back I don’t really like that. some of the jet cover rings always fall off too. I received this hot tub on August 5, 2019 so I’ve had nothing but problems

Perfect Hot tub! Why did we wait?

We bought this tub after looking at most of the major manufacturers. This tub just had the "IT" factor we were looking for. And boy did it deliver. We love the hot tub. Looks great, seating is comfortable and the lighting package and Bluetooth speakers help set the mood after a stressful day. I highly recommend this hot tub to anyone looking for the perfect relaxation destination in their back yard.

We sleep so much better. My husband whom, constantly has back pain, now has little to no pain. We are doing the 30 challenge, and it is the best challenge to try. We have used our spa every morning and every evening.

Jets & power are great, hot tub looks nice enough.
Had an emerald hot tub for 20yrs & had cloudy water maybe twice in all that time (& that's with using it as a "pool" for young children!). This hot tub, I've had cloudy water a number of times already. I just don't feel the filtration system is very great. It's a salt water tub, maybe that has something to do with it. was told salt water would be less maintanence, but that's not my experience so far

We’ve had Geneva for about 7 months. It is aesthetically pleasing and easy to care for but the siding pulled away from the sides after 5 months. This was fixed manually with a few screws by our rep so no complaints other than the inconvenience. We are now experiencing issues with our LCD panel. It seems to be freezing up and not responding unless we reset the circuit breaker which is happening every few days. Again, our rep is coming out to repair it, but again it is an inconvenience and a bit disappointing for a brand new purchase (for the price we paid). I hope we don’t continue to have more issues. The tub is beautiful and we love the comfort and pretty lights. It’s very easy to clean and maintain ourselves. We are happy with our rep and his communication with us!

From the moment we set foot in the Calderas Spa my fiancé and I knew this was the one. From the unobtrusive yet very knowledgeable sales person to the quality of the spa itself, we were left with a warm glowing feeling. Little touches like our names on the sign inside the wet test made it such a pleasurable experience. It’s a great addition to the family and provides a hub to chat the evening away. Plus points all round. Now here comes the summer...... Thank you Calderas!

we've wanted a hot tub for some time, and eventually went to a dealer that carried Caldera and Hot Springs. We were impressed with both manufacturers, but settled on the Geneva as the best fit for us. I'm relaxing in it every night, and the family joins me a few times a week. my stress level is down and muscle pain is reduced with the powerful jets on this model. I should have purchased one sooner!

We love our new Geneva hot tub! We replaced an older model tub that had limited, simple jets and we had no idea how much it would improve our quality of life. Each seat has its own therapeutic qualities so whether it was a long day at the office, a long day of yard work/ cleaning or just a romantic night this tub is perfect for all occasions. The Frog system makes it so easy to keep the chemicals right, no guessing! And at 6'0 and 6'4 my husband and I fit perfectly in the deep seats. Thank you Caldera!

After extensive online researching and multiple trips to showrooms, I decided to move forward with the purchase of a Caldera Geneva spa. The lounge seat with foot massage is awesome.... by far my favorite seat in the spa. The family uses the hot tub multiple times per week, so any fear of non use have been diminished. Water care is a breeze. Our hot tub has been a great purchase.
