Very Much Worth the Wait!

We looked into purchasing a hot tub for years. Last year when I found out that I have severe arthritis at 54 and told that a hot tub could help we decided it was time. We researched several brands and decided the Geneva was the perfect size. Due to COVID related manufacturing shut downs etc. the delivery took almost 5 months but it was very much worth the wait. We use it everyday since delivered 3 weeks ago, very little maintenance and have enjoyed unplanned quality time with the family included two older children that came to visit and talk in the hot tub. Everyone comments on how beautiful and relaxing it is. My children have commented that its the best purchase we ever made. I've even incorporated an exercise routine in my nightly soak that never feels like exercising. The design is well thought out including the illuminated logo that is half white and a half orange/red lights up when the tub has reached the desired temperature you've set. I can tell right from my window when the tub is ready which comes in very handy especially with New England weather that we've already had 6 inches of snow and three days later 70 degree weather. I keep it slightly lower when not in use and raise it when I get home from work and within an hour its ready to go. Wish we made this purchase years ago but glad we waited as this model has the Freshwater salt system.

Soothing and invigorating at the same time

This was our first hot tub purchase. We were sold the moment we sat in our dealers showroom model. We settled on Calderas Geneva model. The lounger seat is amazing. There is nothing like sitting in our hot tub from the powerfull jets to the sizzling bubbles. You feel like a new person once you get out. Great right before turning in for the night.

A RELAXING SOAK

VERY RELAXING TO SOAK IN! KEEPS WATER TEMP NICE AND HOT, JUST LIKE I LIKE IT, EVEN IN SINGLE DIGIT TEMPERATURES! NOT SUPER INTUITIVE ON THE WATER CHEMICAL BALANCING...IVE HAD IT ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND I STILL CANT QUITE PERFECT IT. THE SPA CAME WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT PIECES OF LITERATURE ON HOW TO BALANCE THE CHEMICALS AND ALL WERE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT. I WOULD LOVE A MACHINE THAT I COULD STICK THE WATER IN AND IT WOULD GIVE ME NUMERICAL READINGS ON THE PH AND SUCH INSTEAD OF TRYING TO MATCH THE STRIPS TO THE BOTTLE AND THE COLORS SEEM TO CHANGE QUITE DRASTICALLY WITH THE AMOUNT OF TIME ITS ON THE STRIP...IM NOT SURE WHAT TO BELIEVE? BUT, DESPITE THAT, ITS SUPER RELAXING TO SIT IN AND I LOVE IT!!!!

Bought my Caldera Geneva about 2 years ago from Apollo Pools and Spas in Lakeville, Ma. It has the built in salt system. I replaced a older hot tub. This one is much more energy efficient, the controls are much easier to use and the water clarity has been nothing short of phenomenal. Love everything about the tub. Waited to write a review because I wanted to see how the service was on follow up. We have had one small issue that was resolved within 2 days of notifying the dealer. Would absolutely recommend this tub and the dealer we purchased from to a friend

We purchased this hot tub to help ease our sore muscles and found out that we use it just about every day to end the evening. Helps us relax and decompress from our daily lives.

We are so pleased with this spa. It has exceeded our expectations! We use it practically every day. The salt system keeps the water soft and fresh. We follow the care instructions making upkeep on the spa very minimal. This spa is amazing!

We are so happy we decided to purchase our Caldera spa. We use it at least 4-5 times a week and it is so relaxing. I am so glad that we got the salt system as well, the water is very easy to maintain.

We have had to have breakers replaced 4 times within a few months of purchase. Could not use the hot tub for a month or more since the breakers kept tripping. We had the electrical set up done by an electrician who does a lot of spa work and paid to have him come back to see if the issue was our electric system and there were no issues on our end. Finally the last fix seemed to work but very disappointed in a high end spa.
Also, plastic rings around jets (not sure proper term) keep popping off.
Quite disappointed in the quality of the tub for what we paid for it.

Had it almost a year now. One of the diverted valves leaked but fixed under warranty.
Fresh water salt system easy to use. Keeps water clean. Comfortable seats,powerful jets. Use it daily.

Great Hot Tub....but.

We really enjoy our Caldera hot tub, but have been less than satisfied with the salt water system. After numerous technician visits and calls to Caldera customer support, we switched to the Ozone system. It’s still too early to tell if the new system will be the right solution, but we are going to give it a try. The Caldera customer support has been great and we are totally satisfied with our purchase!

We really enjoy our Geneva it is so relaxing. It is a great addition to our home. The hot water after a long hard day takes the stress and aches away. Super fun on cold mornings and evenings star gazing. The seating is great for 6 or just two. The fresh water system is perfect and easy to maintain.

We purchased the Geneva for a few reasons. 1) Love the style and appearance. Great looking, stylish, clean, and great finish and fit. 2) Salt Water is what we wanted, and after much research we were sold on Caldera.
Our dealer (Bell Pools and Spas) was incredibly knowledgeable, much more than the other reputable stores we visited. I was convinced after one visit that this was the company I wanted to do business with.
Overall the salt water tubs are easy to keep clean and balanced. It's been a significant upgrade and investment.

I had my Geneva for a couple months now. I added a fresh rain UV sanitizing unit after it was installed, which i now no longer have to add chemicals, major plus. The only issue i have with my spa is that the seal on the diverter valve failed and started leaking on top. I wouldn't expect that kind of workmanship on a $14k spa. The jets are very nice and powerful, making it a very relaxing experience. We maintain our temp at 104, but it's capable of 106. The spa is very sleek and beautifully designed. It seats 6, but I wouldn't, maybe 5 total if you don't want to crammed.
