We purchased this hot tub to help ease our sore muscles and found out that we use it just about every day to end the evening. Helps us relax and decompress from our daily lives.
Make sure you add the sub-woofer and the salt water boost feature!

We are so pleased with this spa. It has exceeded our expectations! We use it practically every day. The salt system keeps the water soft and fresh. We follow the care instructions making upkeep on the spa very minimal. This spa is amazing!

We are so happy we decided to purchase our Caldera spa. We use it at least 4-5 times a week and it is so relaxing. I am so glad that we got the salt system as well, the water is very easy to maintain.

Electrical issues

We have had to have breakers replaced 4 times within a few months of purchase. Could not use the hot tub for a month or more since the breakers kept tripping. We had the electrical set up done by an electrician who does a lot of spa work and paid to have him come back to see if the issue was our electric system and there were no issues on our end. Finally the last fix seemed to work but very disappointed in a high end spa.
Also, plastic rings around jets (not sure proper term) keep popping off.
Quite disappointed in the quality of the tub for what we paid for it.

Had it almost a year now. One of the diverted valves leaked but fixed under warranty.
Fresh water salt system easy to use. Keeps water clean. Comfortable seats,powerful jets. Use it daily.

Great Hot Tub....but.

We really enjoy our Caldera hot tub, but have been less than satisfied with the salt water system. After numerous technician visits and calls to Caldera customer support, we switched to the Ozone system. It’s still too early to tell if the new system will be the right solution, but we are going to give it a try. The Caldera customer support has been great and we are totally satisfied with our purchase!

We really enjoy our Geneva it is so relaxing. It is a great addition to our home. The hot water after a long hard day takes the stress and aches away. Super fun on cold mornings and evenings star gazing. The seating is great for 6 or just two. The fresh water system is perfect and easy to maintain.

We purchased the Geneva for a few reasons. 1) Love the style and appearance. Great looking, stylish, clean, and great finish and fit. 2) Salt Water is what we wanted, and after much research we were sold on Caldera.
Our dealer (Bell Pools and Spas) was incredibly knowledgeable, much more than the other reputable stores we visited. I was convinced after one visit that this was the company I wanted to do business with.
Overall the salt water tubs are easy to keep clean and balanced. It's been a significant upgrade and investment.

I had my Geneva for a couple months now. I added a fresh rain UV sanitizing unit after it was installed, which i now no longer have to add chemicals, major plus. The only issue i have with my spa is that the seal on the diverter valve failed and started leaking on top. I wouldn't expect that kind of workmanship on a $14k spa. The jets are very nice and powerful, making it a very relaxing experience. We maintain our temp at 104, but it's capable of 106. The spa is very sleek and beautifully designed. It seats 6, but I wouldn't, maybe 5 total if you don't want to crammed.

We've had this spa for approximately 2 weeks now. We have used it about 6 times already, and we absolutely love it. The jets are very powerful, sometimes a little too powerful, but that's ok. The spa maintains a constant temperature of approximately 104 degrees, which is very nice. The spa can go up to 106, if you know how to do the override. (Hold down the up temperature for about 3 seconds). The spa seats about 6 adults, but might be a little cramp. My wife and I and our 2 friends seat just fine. The lounger is a very nice feature, and the seat with the shoulder jets is very nice. The other seats are very nice as well and seat very comfortably. Again, it seats 6, but that might be a little too cramp. The lights are very nice, and change colors, and the water fall is nice, but i really don't care if it has one or not. One of the seats has a hand jet massager which is a nice little touch as well. The shell we got is the pearl which is very nice because it really brings out the colors of the lights, and its very well insulated inside. The inside is very sturdy and clean. The only issue the technician had was that one of the main tubes appeared to be slightly crimped, so he fixed it with a zip tie. The panels on the outside are very nice and very easy to wipe down. One of my complaints about this spa is that I find I have to add chlorine to it almost everyday, but this will stop hopefully once I have the fresh rain UV part in. When the spa arrived, it was missing a valve knob for the air flow, which was a little disappointing after spending about $14000 total for this spa. The spa arrived with fiberglass shavings around the tub, which is not too big of a deal, but again, spending about $14000 you would expect better quality in cleanup. The cover is very nice and very easy to use, just remember to unclip all sides before removing. The spa clean feature is very nice because it cycles the water through the filter everyday. Another complaint, which is no fault to Caldera is that the install company asked us where we wanted the spa to be placed. We had them place it in our backyard on the back patio which is concrete. Well, the concrete has a slight grade so that water runs away from the house. Once they placed it, unwrapped it, and filled it, there was about a 1" difference in the water line from one side to the other (no big deal). However, I would of like to have known that the install company could have recommended to place it a certain way because after it was placed and filled, the filter is on the uphill end, which I think it should of been placed on the downhill position. Again, no fault to Caldera, but if you het one, and you have a slight grade to your concrete, see if they will place it filter downhill. Another issue we had is that the spa wasn't heating after installed. The install company came back out and determined that a wire was installed incorrectly, no fault to Caldera. Anyways, back to the air valve knob issue. When I realized this, I called Caldera and spoke with Mary Ann, who promptly sent one out via 2 day shipping. Very nice customer service and very helpful.

Top of the line spa with immediate failures

Our family has been planning for a spa for several years. With COVID-19 keeping us housebound, it seemed like a great time to splurge and get one. We choose a brand new, top of the line Geneva 7 seater and were so excited to get it. Once the tub was hooked up, filled and water suitably treated it wouldn’t get past 97F due to the 20 amp breaker consistently tripping or the tub going into protection mode. Although the spa is amazing, we’ve had nothing but problems.
It was determined that the spa had a defective heater right from the factory. We’ve been waiting for about three weeks for it to be changed out. I hope this is a sign of things to come. So far we are very disappointed.

We like the layout and functionality of the SPA, however ...I purchased my SPA in December, 2019 and it has now been leaking for 3 months! My pool contractor has been valiantly working to fix it, but has not been successful. It has been torn apart and put back together so many times that it is no longer a new! Unfortunately, I had to draw the line, if this latest attempt fails to resolve the issue, he will need to either provide a full refund or replace the SPA. Very disappointed!

Sound system needs work

We have had issues with the speakers/sound system since we purchased. It appears that they were engineered to run at the full volume UK me. Turning the volume up in order to ear while the tub is running causes the speaker sound to crack.

Problem after problem

There has been problems with this hot Tub sense I have had it.
The screen was broken, the water was not producing chlorine, there was 2 thermistors that went bad, One of the top side lights colors was not working so now they have to take my hot tub back and fix it and then bring it back I don’t really like that. some of the jet cover rings always fall off too. I received this hot tub on August 5, 2019 so I’ve had nothing but problems
