We bought our spa at desert hot tubs. We Love the room that we have and all the jets. its very relaxing .this is our first spa and we are so glad that we can enjoy the spa as well as get all muscles relaxed as well. We play music and we have the beautiful lights and its very calming and relaxing. also very easy to maintain.

As a first time spa owner, we shopped around for about 4 months. Cantabria was our favorite from the beginning and it has not disappointed for the most part. The only two cons I have with the Cantabria is that the Frog system doesn't work with this larger sized spa (kept trying it for a year). We have switched to the Monarch Water Care System and it seems to be working well. The second con is that the over-the-shoulder jets are useless. They seriously need to be manufactured better/improved on. In general, we love our spa and use it often.

I am so greatful that our family of five picked this tub. We went back and forth between size and felt that this would fit us best. We were right. The first time using the tub we were able to have all of us in and had plenty of room to move around and didn't feel like we were sitting on top of each other. The jets are a great relief every night we sit in.

Great product plenty of room to grow and i feel like this spa really placed the jets in great locations and didnt add jets just to say they had more than other companies. Every seat is comfortable and gets plenty of jets. Beautiful design and great led lights for night time use. Im proud to show this to friends and im sure my neighbors are jealous:).

Hello , i want to share my bad experience to buy a hot tube brand , in 2013 i buy a hot tube model cantabria utopia series for holyday house in san diego, so really used very little, maybe some 15 times since buy it, today, strips water stoppers jets are unglued and controls turning to regulate pressure also ,service after sales company where to buy it has been very bad, i went to look and shop miramar road where you buy me and never had disappeared reported, i hope the brand make me the answers to all these problems

I have had my Calderra spa now for just over a year and I love love love it. My favorite time is early morning with coffee or evening with a drink. It is so relaxing and muscle soothing. It is very easy to care for.

When the spa was delivered only the delivery men showed up. No salesmen or advisers to show us the correct way to start it up and care for it. I had to learn the hard way. I asked the men that delivered the spa if they knew how to get it going and one of the guys said just throw a cup of liquid bleach in it. Bad idea since you're not supposed to put any liquid anything in there. They didn't know where to position the spa. They put it so close to the house that my husband didn't have enough room to put the cover lift on. One year later and I can finally go in when I'm home alone. I couldn't lift it alone. We each should get a tee shirt. Sometimes a couple of adjustment nob covers come off and are floating in the spa. For the price I don't think this should happen. The water can be hard to adjust at times. We also never got the net that goes over the hose. I saw it the day it was delivered, but then it disappeared. They sent the wrong steps. We did not have a good salesman. He didn't help us at all. I noticed a bonus on their website that said if you buy a spa you get a free stereo. We didn't even pay for our spa yet and they wouldn't even stand by what the website said. Overall it's a beautiful spa and we love. The company could have and should have treated us much better. Great Hot Tub, very powerful jets ! Only issue was the speakers, the new design with small speakers next to the headrests are poor quality. Several quit working.

The multi-function control unit is not user friendly for lighting and self cleaning modes. The frogger bromine unit never puts enough bromine in the water so it has to be added every week manually. The control panel should have the ability to electronically flip the screen so you can use it from inside of the tub verses the outside. Too much air leakage noise from the valves.

After more than one year, I have not regreted having a spa and a nice, big-good-looking one like the Cantabria is a great choice. It has 7 or 8 seats and each one provides a slightly different massage experience. The big jet that shoot from the bottom is great to massage my legs after a long bike ride... I love it. I also like the big size because it allows me to float fully extended which is a nice way to look at the stars. Maintenance is easy and I have been able to keep water quality within range without obsessive care. Keeping the Alkalinity up-at the right level has been the biggest issue. The nicest thing is that the guys from La Costa Pool and Spa are always willing to answer any questions (great dealer). I have a problem with a siding board splitting from what I suspect is excessive heat or sun (side facing the sun) but a replacement has been order. However it's taking some time to get the part replace, but it is not a big deal. The spa still works fine.
