I have now had my spa for 7 months. We absolutely love it. The ease of maintaining it, the look, the energy efficiency, all of it. I had an older model spa many years and while we enjoyed it there were many issues. The Vanto provides us all the comfort and enjoyment we like without the hassle of complicated maintenance. We purchased at an opportune time, just when COVID lockdowns were going into effect. Capital City Hot Tubs and Don & his crew was great from pre-purchase to setup. We did need a service call once and they responded timely and fixed it in a reasonable time period. We are looking forward to many years of relaxation with our spa.

We use our spa almost daily great for relaxation after workouts, or for stress relief after a long day at work. Does not require a lot of maintenance.

We liked it and find it comfortable until it started to leak after owning it four months later. The dealer tech will be coming out to see about fixing it under warranty. I wish the waterfall lit up. But overall once fixed hope it lasts 5-10 years!

This Tub was similar in price to the Costco tubs that are advertised all the time. The Costco ones seemed to have a lot more "bells and whistles"; but I figured that is just more stuff to break over time. I also know I'll be able to get parts and service for my Caldera. It's been a good unit so far; we haven't had any troubles. We live in Montana so we get cold winters and hot summers. It's powered through the winter months no problem so far. Still working to get the chemical thing down; the "in-line" @Ease thing seems like a good idea, but I have had a hard time finding cartridges and the ones that came with it went pretty fast. That all said -- I would recommend the Vanto for an entry-level family tub; time will tell how well built it is!

We are really liking this spa. We have found that some of the pressure is inconsistent between uses. We've made sure to clean the jets and can't get to work at full strength. Other than this, we are enjoying the spa. Friends of ours have ended up purchasing their own, after testing out ours.

Very hard to keep the levels good. I have to Manually add bromine every every day because the automatic system doesn’t seem to work

We really like our hot tub as it is energy efficient and super easy to maintain the chemicals. The dealer that sold it to us is another story as they did not deliver and install the hot tub as contracted.

We just purchased our new hot tub. During install the outer shell broke & got scratched in several places. It seems the shell is likely too delicate. I wish it was more sturdy.

We were looking for a fairly basic tub without a lounge. The Vanto is just that. Comfortable for two adults with plenty of room and seating options, four people would be cozy and no where to put your feet. About seven months in and no issues at all. Pumps, jets and filter all work great. Water has been easy to maintain. Seems very solid.

I have been using a hot tub for over 25 years (on my 3rd one now, and the Vanto hot tub is the best so far. Jets are strong and placed correctly. No need for bubbles as that typically cools the temp down. Foot massage is great.
I use the tub nightly and it provide a complete relaxation. Highly recommended.

I’m a police officer, who uniform requirements is a heavy hot vest, and duty belt, which eventually wares on your lower back. The hot tub is a great stress, and muscle relaxer.

Well constructed, love the pressure and location of the jets. especially like the fact that different seats focus jets in different locations. the cartridge chlorine is a nice touch, although I still find I have to add chlorine manually which I thought was avoided with the cartridge. overall, highly recommend the spa to anyone!

We like our spa and the set up and delivery were great. I see the difference however in the jets. The action of them is less than what I expected. The foot massage at the center is also a bit in the way for most users. Overall good spa and quality seems to be good.

We love our new spa

We absolutely love our new spa. We especially love the foot sprays, which I've never seen on a spa before. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish there were an option to have all of the jets on low. Unfortunately, the only low option only turns on two of the jets, while the other two options have some or all of the jets on high. The jets are actually somewhat painful for me on high and not relaxing, but I love them on low. No biggie, since I can usually snag one of the two jets turned on when we have it on the low setting, but that would be a change I'd like to see perhaps.

Our old hot tub finally died. We purchased the Vanto hot tub and are happy with our purchase. The largest driver of the purchase was the value to tub provided. We rent our place 130 days/year and use it another 30 ourselves. Thus, we wanted a tub that was pretty basic, but appeared / was comfortable. We also didn't want to pay the exorbitant prices some of these manufacturers suggest. The Vanto met all those goals.
