"Life is Better with a Spa"

My wife and I have had this spa for a month and so far, we are in love with it. From the beginning of the purchase to the end of the installation, everything was perfect. Nate (salesman at East coast Leisure) was phenomenal. His knowledge of the product, coupled with his willingness to help, made this work. We showed up at his doorstep, 10 minutes before closing on a weekend to just ask questions. We were gonna buy a used one from Facebook marketplace. But he doubled down, took his time and "SOLD" this spa to us. In addition to the initial sale, he has continued to support me through the installation process giving me tips and advice. I have already recommended him to several friends and family members because I trust him. Trust is earned and that’s what Nate has done. The spa itself is flawless. Everything works exactly as it should.

We replaced our old spa with this Marino spa....Absolutely love our new purchase! Dealing with Krossber Brothers Pool and Spa was truly a pleasure...no hard sales pitch, let us ask questions and they delivered the answers. Our price was more than fair. The day of delivery was testing as getting the old spa out from under our deck was a challenge but the crew did an excellent job and were able to not only get it out but also through my fence which was a very tight fit!!

We LOVE our hydrotherapy hot tub!!! Amazing quality; we're already seeing the health benefits. Dave in Tolleson, was very helpful, especially through some hiccups we experienced. The outcome was highly favorable, and we are so grateful!

Loving our Marino hot tub! Using it at least twice a day!

The original one delivered had multiple structural issues under the tub. The dealer had a 2nd that had a minor issue with the threaded insert on the front panel.

Waited for our spa to be built during the Covid lockdowns. Since receiving the spa we have had 3 major fitting failures and had multiple repairs done to our spa. All of these leaks and fractured fitting have been at factory placed seams, seals or welds.

We purchased the Marino model and it has been a pleasure.
It works as promised. The self cleaning function is a dream.
We comfortably sit 6 adults in the tub
My only complaint is that it doesn’t have cup holders to put your cocktails on .
The installation was also great. They delivered it on the day promised

We just completed a deck remodel with the addition of our Caldera Spa and I just have to say, ahhhhhh! Plenty of room and seating options, jet location and strength, complete with a kid and grandkid favorite, water feature (ok, this grandma likes it too!) Love our local dealer & service in Sunriver, Oregon - Water Works who recommended this particular spa.

With the first thirty days in we have enjoyed our new hot tub. We live in Arizona so we have not turned the heat on yet and the water has run from 85 to 101. we have enjoyed it very much. I did find that the Frog @ Ease system is easy to use but I also find that the cartridges don't last as long as they say they will and I find myself adding chlorine and Frog @ Ease non chlorine "Maintain" to try and balance things out. Checking chemical levels with test strips is like a guess at where levels are at but it may take a little more time getting use to the color system. So far we have had zero trouble with our spa and just based on the first thirty days I would recommend this hot tub. It is a happy place that "Here You Leave Today And Enter The World Of Yesterday, Tomorrow And Fantasy" If you are looking for a hot tub/spa I would recommend you check out the caldera brand. They have many sizes, shapes and colors so you can pick out the one that's the right size and budget for you.

We absolutely love our Marino hot tub. We have gotten two different hot tubs from friends which worked and everything but this spa is above and beyond comfortable. We are enjoying it every night and it's easy to take care of. The Jets are so wonderful you can adjust them to what strength you want or off at certain points. The spa cover is of great quality and we got the assisted lift for the cover which helps tremendously. Affordable spas in Redding took very good care of us and explained all the spas to us for us to make a better choice.

i love my spa... but, it seems to me that there should be some kind of "step" to exit the tub... other than that minor detail... it's perfect for me... for an older person... getting in is not that difficult... but getting out... is an adventure...

This 6 person hot tub is comfortable I love the jets and the colors are beautiful at night along with the waterfall! It’s very relaxing. I’m glad we purchased it! From other reviews it will not raise your light bill astronomically ☺️. We went solar anyways.

I suffer from some auto immune issues and find my body sore much of the time. The best remedy I can find is sitting back in the lounger of my hot tub and relax. It never fails that I climb out feeling much better than when I crawled in. Best decision ever!
